This weekly program is a confidential peer support group where women can feel safe being transparent discussing life in transition. Women voluntarily come to discuss the decisions and choices that led them to prison, the lessons they learned while there and the hopes, dreams & goals they now have for their future. They also talk about their accomplishments after their fall and how they will help other women rebuild their lives too. It’s a powerful program where you are not alone. Meetings are open to all women.

Women’s Wellness Foundation will fill a backpack with essential personal care items to see you through the next month during your transition. We understand how girls think about personal hygiene, looking their best and being covered for that special time of the month; we got you! This bag was designed especially for the Woman with swag.
We are training women to be leaders for at risk women. We help you define your goal and map the route to achieve it. We will bring in local experts to help you navigate that path. The design has been proven, your job is to get on the road and stay there.
